Linton City-Wide Yard Sale
The City of Linton, Indiana will be hosting its Second Annual City-Wide Yard Sale on Saturday, May 22, 2010 – Rain or Shine, 8am-3pm. Yard-Sale Maps and listingswill be available at the Linton Public Library the day of the sale at 95 SE 1st Street (one block east of SR 59 South and two blocks south of SR 54 East in Downtown Linton, Indiana). While picking up your maps, don’t miss the Friends of the Library Book Sale and several yard sales being held in the library parking lot. Also, look for sidewalk sales downtown the day of the sale, as well as fundraisers and church dinners throughout the community. Share the Love: Fine Forgiveness
Fine Forgiveness Week February 8th – 14th
Share the Love
To celebrate this season of love, The Linton Public Library, will host a food drive. “Share the love” by donating non-perishable items that are not damaged or expired, and have $.50(per item donated) of any current fines forgiven for returned materials.
All donated items will go to the local food bank to help those in our community in need.
