Spring Fling II – Music in the Library (12:30 – 3:00 PM) – This is our last program that is provided by grant funds from the Bloomington Area Arts Council, the Indiana Arts Commission, a state agency, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. At 12:30 PM Fred Shields and the band Salt Cured will give us some background into bluegrass music and then will entertain us until 1:30 PM. This should prove to be a real toe tapping experience to welcome Spring. At 2:00 PM we will welcome Tony Kluesner who will explain the background of the steel drums and proceed to play for our enjoyment. Join us for a fun packed spring afternoon.
